We turn up with the diagnostic kit, real gear rather than the apps that come with home routers, and go through the house (and the shed, if the shed matters) with you. Speed-tested at the device. Heat-mapped across the floorplan. The data drives the recommendations, not guesswork.
Within a day you’ll have a written report: short paragraphs, ranked recommendations, no engineer-speak. The honest answer sometimes is “don’t spend any money” and we’ll happily make that call when it’s right.
What we won’t do.
No upselling, no monthly subscriptions, no replacement-router-for-the-sake-of-it. The van carries mesh kits and point-to-point gear, but most of the time the existing setup just needs to be configured properly. We’d rather walk away with a $199 fee than an $800 sale you didn’t need.
