During WiFi Assessments
When we visit your property, we may collect:
- Property details: Property type, size, construction type
- Network information: WiFi network names (SSIDs), router/modem details, connected device types
- Technical data: Signal strength measurements, speed test results, interference sources
- Observations: Floor plans/sketches created during assessment
With Your Consent: Remote Network Access
If you choose to grant remote access (through your equipment manufacturer’s app, or our own remote-access tool, as described on our Remote Access Consent page), we may access:
- Device names on your network
- Connection status
- Data usage per device
- Network health metrics
Automatically Collected
When you visit our website:

- Encrypted communications: All emails via Microsoft 365 are encrypted in transit
- Secure website: HTTPS encryption on all pages, protected by Cloudflare
- Access controls: Customer records are accessible only to our director, Karl Misso, and to office staff who need them for bookings and administration and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Your network passwords and equipment credentials are held by Karl only
- Self-hosted systems: Customer records stored on Australian-based private infrastructure
- No unnecessary retention: Data deleted when no longer needed
