What does the $149 assessment actually include?

A 90-minute on-site visit. Heat maps for every room, speed tests at every device location, channel and band analysis, a full WiFi survey, plus a written report within 24 hours. Honest recommendations included — even if the recommendation is "don't spend money".

Do you sell hardware, or just diagnose?

Both. Where new gear is genuinely needed, we recommend specific products and install them as part of the price. Where it isn't needed, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose a sale than oversell.

Where do you cover?

Geelong, the Surf Coast, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Golden Plains region, and the Colac Otway region. If you're within 60 minutes of central Geelong, we come to you.

How quickly can you come out?

Usually within a week. Same-week appointments are normal. Same-day is sometimes possible — call if it's urgent.

Do you do business WiFi too, or just homes?

Both. Small businesses and home offices are about a third of our work. Holiday rentals are another big chunk.

What if my problem isn't actually WiFi?

We figure that out as part of the assessment. Often the problem turns out to be the internet plan itself, or interference from a single device. We diagnose first, recommend second.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. $149, every time. No hidden fees, no upsells. The only thing that costs extra is hardware if you choose to buy it, and installation comes free with that.
