Newer Armstrong Creek estate. NBN FTTP at most lots. OptiComm fibre may also be available at this address — Armstrong Creek sits inside the broader OptiComm coverage footprint, so it's worth running an OptiComm address check as well.

WiFi at a Zeal Estate address looks different to WiFi at the next-suburb-over.

The new-estate pattern shows up here: thicker external wall buildup than older homes, more rooms to cover, and a router that did fine at the showroom but never quite made it to the master suite.

What we measure when we come to Zeal Estate.

The visit at Zeal Estate: about 90 minutes on site. Real speed tests at every spot you actually use the WiFi, your house drawn with the speed in every room, channel analysis for the local RF environment, and an honest read on whether the existing setup needs replacement or just reconfiguring.
