Granite Projects boutique community. NBN FTTP throughout.

Sanctuary Springs Estate is one of the Leopold addresses I see often.

The new-estate pattern shows up here: thicker external wall buildup than older homes, more rooms to cover, and a router that did fine at the showroom but never quite made it to the master suite.

What the homes are like.

Modern family homes, lots 420-537 sqm.

What we measure when we come to Sanctuary Springs Estate.

The visit at Sanctuary Springs Estate: about 90 minutes on site. Real speed tests at every spot you actually use the WiFi, your house drawn with the speed in every room, channel analysis for the local RF environment, and an honest read on whether the existing setup needs replacement or just reconfiguring.
