NBN FTTP at most Manzeene Village addresses.

Newer townhouse estate. NBN FTTP throughout.

WiFi at a Manzeene Village address looks different to WiFi at the next-suburb-over.

What works at one address doesn’t always work at the next. We measure first, recommend second.

What you’ll typically find on the block.

84 modern townhouses and units, 2/3/4-bedroom configurations.

What I’d look at on a Manzeene Village visit.

On a Manzeene Village call: we test the line at the modem first (so we know what the connection can deliver), then walk every room with the assessment kit and check what the WiFi is actually delivering. The gap between those numbers is what tells us where the fix is.

Common WiFi patterns at Manzeene Village

What tends to go wrong with WiFi here.

General patterns by estate type and home style — not a guarantee about any specific address. The $199 visit is how we work out which (if any) of these is happening at yours.

  • ! Townhouse party-wall signal interference.
  • ! Three-storey vertical drop-off (router on level 1 leaves level 3 cold).
  • ! ISP-supplied modem under-spec for multi-storey townhouses.
