Lume Residences is one of the Belmont addresses I see often.

We see enough estate-typical patterns to know what to check first — but every home gets a fresh measurement before any recommendation.

What the homes are like.

220+ dwellings on a 6.2-hectare former CSIRO site at 1 Henry Street, Belmont.

What we measure when we come to Lume Residences.

The visit at Lume Residences: about 90 minutes on site. Real speed tests at every spot you actually use the WiFi, your house drawn with the speed in every room, channel analysis for the local RF environment, and an honest read on whether the existing setup needs replacement or just reconfiguring.

Common WiFi patterns at Lume Residences

What tends to go wrong with WiFi here.

General patterns by estate type and home style — not a guarantee about any specific address. The $199 visit is how we work out which (if any) of these is happening at yours.

  • ! Townhouse party-wall signal interference.
  • ! Apartment concrete-floor blocking.
  • ! Mixed-use density — competing WiFi from neighbours.
