What I’d look at on a Highton Green Estate visit.

On a Highton Green Estate call: we test the line at the modem first (so we know what the connection can deliver), then walk every room with the assessment kit and check what the WiFi is actually delivering. The gap between those numbers is what tells us where the fix is.
