Why Oh WiFi visits homes and small businesses in person to diagnose WiFi problems. Every visit ends with a written report — the house drawn with the measured download speed written on every room, a per-room chart to scale, an equipment list with a keep / set up / back to you verdict against each item, the reasoning in plain words, and honest notes on anything outside our trade.
