G'day, I'm Karl — Geelong's WiFi technician.
I've spent 20+ years fixing tech problems, including 16 years at Apple Australia where I helped roll out WiFi across stores nationwide. Enterprise gear, proper planning, systems that actually work. As a network technician, I've seen every WiFi problem there is.
