What if I go ahead with the fix? +
If you buy the recommended hardware through us, installation is included — the $199 assessment fee covers the install labour, so your install invoice is hardware only.
What does the guarantee cover? +
Every assessment and installation is backed by 30 days of free follow-up support. If something we fixed is not working as described in your report within 30 days, we come back and make it right at no extra charge.
